As all our blinds are made-to-measure bespoke products we cannot provide you with an accurate quote over the phone. If you book an appointment with one of our advisors they will be able to measure up and provide a quote for you. During the appointment there will be no pressure to buy, and your advisor won’t overstay his welcome either; average appointment times are around 45 minutes but this will vary depending upon the type and number of products you are interested in. If you are looking for blinds for an entire conservatory, your appointment will take longer. If you need one simple Roller blind for a bathroom, it may be much quicker.

A deposit of up to 100% will need to be paid when you place your order, depending on the value of the order.

It is our guarantee that we will not be beaten on price. We promise that if you find the same blind, in the same size and with the same specification and service at a cheaper price, we will beat it

We will arrange for an advisor to visit you in your home at a time that is convenient for you. We aim for an advisor to visit you within a couple of days from when you book your appointment but this may vary depending on location and advisor availability.

Our appointments are FREE and no cost will be added to the product when bought.

Your blinds will be ready to be fitted two to three weeks sometimes far quicker. We will contact you as soon as your blinds are ready to book in your fitting.

Before the fitting, please clear the window area and make sure that any existing blinds or curtains are taken down.

This depends upon the type of order you have placed. Your advisor will be able to inform you of this at the appointment stage.
